H&WG Young Labour is very active and organises and works independently as well as collaboratively with the CLP. Membership is automatic for anyone under 27 once they’ve joined the LP.

Labour is the Party of the Labour movement and the UK’s largest trade unions are LP affiliates. Find out more about our Labour Unions and how you can join a trade union.

Within our CLP, we have several Equality Forums dedicated to under represented members. Relevant membership is automatic once you’ve joined.

There are also numerous affiliated Socialist Societies, each focussing on an issue important to their members.

Local members also form groups around other interests and currently you can find out about a book group that’s open to all members.

Since 1927 the Co-Operative Party has had an electoral agreement with the Labour Party and we share some joint candidates in elections.
